Hawksight 2021 Recap and 2022 Game Plan — LFG💪

2021 has been a wild ride for Hawksight and we expect our momentum to accelerate into 2022. We achieved several milestones and laid foundations for sustainable but rapid development down the road. Let’s look back at some of our achievements in 2021, and where we’re headed in 2022.

In the final months of 2021, we:

Formed a team of 15+ full-time builders across Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, India, and the United States.
Launched an AI trading signal engine that now reaches 1,000,000+ Individuals & Institutions globally, empowering them with profit-optimized technical and on-chain trading signals
Launched Hawksight’s Solana DeFi app on Devnet, with cross-chain support on Terra, powered by Wormhole
Finalized our DeFi app whitepaper, tokenomics, and won 1st place in a Global DeFi Hackathon hosted by SCB10X in partnership with Terraform Labs
Launched a highly-alpha community on Discord, Telegram, and Twitter, obsessed with the mission of becoming the home for the most high-alpha Solana & Terra community
Completed a heavily oversubscribed strategic token round with leading global partners in the crypto and DeFi space, including Solana Ventures & Terraform Labs

And we’re just getting started. In early 2022, we expect to:

1. Announce community roles and rewards programs

In the coming weeks, we will announce concrete incentives and airdrops to reward our high-alpha community, OG supporters, country ambassadors, moderators, early adopters, and various community partners for helping us scale Hawksight’s reach globally in a localized way. We are focused on thoughtfully designing the incentives to reward genuine community contributions (in growth and engagement), and genuine early product adoption by users. We are unapologetically selective in rewarding genuine users, and deterring mercenary airdrop hunters or freeloaders, because it is our responsibility to build a thriving ecosystem where everybody benefits and wins. 2. Hawksight $HAWK IDO

In late February 2022, we will be launching our $HAWK tokens in partnership with the leading IDO launchpad on Solana, Solanium. And will be listing our tokens in centralized exchanges (CEXes) and decentralized exchanges (DEXes)

3. Hawksight Token Protocol-owned-liquidity (POL)

Hawksight aims to enable token bonding and protocol-owned-liquidity (POL), popularized by OlympusDAO and $OHM forks. Hawksight’s POL could provide benefits for both the community and the protocol. For the community, POL could reduce selling pressure, price volatility, and risk of impermanent loss. For the protocol, POL could provide long-term sustainable liquidity for a better trading experience for everyone.

4. Hawksight premium features for $HAWK token holders

We are obsessed with creating long-term token accrual value for $HAWK, and concrete benefits for Hawksight token holders. Besides token burning from protocol revenue, we are launching multiple utility, use-cases, and premium features in the Hawksight ecosystem that is ONLY available to Hawksight token holders. We will soon launch premium features such as real-time trading signals, and social analytics for crypto, DeFi, NFT, and Web 3.0 projects

From our previously launched AI signals engine (that is already reaching 1,000,000+ Individuals & Institutions globally), we are continuously upgrading and adding new features for both cryptocurrencies and NFTs. Anyone can now check crypto prices, NFT floor prices, and trading signals via our popular Telegram and Discord chatbot. (We will be releasing a user guide soon to show how to use the AI chatbots as an individual, or integrate them in your Telegram and Discord community. 5. Hawksight DeFi utility-driven NFTs

We are in advanced stages of planning a utility-focused NFT launch that is inspired by GenesysGo’s SSC, Basis Markets, and Lifinity. Besides token rewards and access to Hawksight’s premium features, NFT holders will have priority access to future Hawksight benefits and new launches.

6. Launch mainnet to introduce 1-click Automated Investments & Yield Farming

Finally in March onwards, we plan to rollout a progressive mainnnet launch of Hawksight, to make DeFi accessible to everyone in a simplified experience by automating investments & yield farming. Our first vault will be the “Sun & Moon Index”, whereby users can simply deposit USDC, and instantly invest in both Solana and Luna, while simultaneously yield farm in both ecosystems in a profit-optimized way.

7. Launch natively on Terra 🌖

We are bullish on the multichain future. Hawksight will build natively on Terra to bridge both the Solana and Terra ecosystems to make DeFi more accessible to everyone. Simply deposit USDC or UST to automatically invest & yield farm in both ecosystems.
